Field Service Technican
As a leading machinery supplier to the food and pharmaceutical industry, Nupac is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their growing team.
About the role
The Field Service Technician will support in the installation, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of packaging & processing machinery. In this role you will work with a supportive service team as well as autonomously on a range high quality European equipment such as VFFS machines, flow wrappers, case packers and robotic systems.
Experience & Knowledge
- Capital equipment experience and a mechanical & electrical aptitude.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, fault finding and repairing technical machinery.
- Self motivated and ability to work autonomously.
- Basic computer skills.
- Primary and Secondary packaging experience.
- An ability to work under pressure and display excellent customer service.
- A strong eye for detail and a determination to do it right the first time.
- Full electrical license or electrical disconnect/reconnect is desirable.
